If the condition of the sick or injured insured prevents their immediate repatriation or return,  and if the hospitalization in the place where you are located must exceed five days, the insurance company takes charge of a round-trip train ticket (first class) or plane (economy class), which allows a member of the insured's family, or a person designated by the insured, to go to the hospitalized person's side.
