Complaints must be submitted in writing and will be resolved within a maximum period of two months from submission.
If the claimant is not satisfied with the resolution or if two months have elapsed without response, the complaint may be submitted to the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP), in accordance with applicable regulations.
In the event of any dispute arising from access to or use of this Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection regulations. Where the User qualifies as a consumer, jurisdiction shall correspond to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
