UEI handles all insurance expertise, licensing, advice, and policy management, ensuring clients receive professional and compliant support at every stage.

As a UEI Partner, you earn 50% of the brokerage commission actually received by UEI for each insurance policy contracted by clients you successfully refer.

Commission payments are made monthly, starting two full months after the policy’s effective date.

This payment structure is designed to ensure operational stability, long-term sustainability, and a fair system for all partners, by reducing early cancellations and commission reversals.

Allowing each policy to remain active for a minimum period significantly lowers chargebacks and adjustments, helping protect partners, clients, and the integrity of the program.

Example

• A client’s policy becomes effective on March 15
• The policy remains active throughout April and May
• Your first commission payment is issued in June, reflecting 50% of the brokerage commission received by UEI
• From that point onward, commissions are paid monthly, provided the policy remains active and premiums are effectively collected

No. As a partner, your role is limited to referring the client.

UEI manages the entire client relationship, including policy placement, customer service, claims support, and renewals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for the client.

Once the partnership agreement is signed, you receive access to the UEI Partner Hub and can start referring clients immediately.

You receive ongoing partner support, access to digital tools, approved marketing materials, and direct access to the UEI team to support client referrals and day-to-day coordination.
